What love is

Surprisingly enough, my yard got mowed this weekend LOL. I fully expected mine to be the last in the neighborhood to get cut because of schedules and my mower. Thankful to Jordan for helping and Scott for his mechanical abilities....

The saying goes "it takes a village to raise a child", but I am finding that to be true at this point in my life! I feel as if I am more easily able to ask for help, admit I need it, and accept it far more than any point in life before. In the last 4 years, a humbling has taken place......

I did not know I needed that to happen, but it is a daily acceptance on my part. It is actually very liberating.......... worse case, it has made me/us more resourceful than before, or more desperate, depending on how you look at it ......

There is always a way............

Special thanks to my dad who really stepped in this week and gave his time to do some extra stuff. Looking back, I expected to have a "ring on it" by the 4.5 year mark, just being real here, but obviously that has not happened yet. LOL.

I continue to learn a lot about "love" the second time around. It is more than I ever imagined........
