With hindsight, it's easy to look back and laugh, or look at life with a particularly perspective based on progress made or pains felt. The former is my goal, but I learn a lot from the latter…
I came to SoCal, wearing no rose colored glasses, but with high expectations based on a lot of positive images portrayed. Almost daily however, I am dismayed by behaviors I've witnessed or hear from trusted sources. I do not know how much longer this can continue…

Austin's put in two weeks at his new job, thank the Lord. It's amazing I'm not craving hoagies more often because every time I pick him up from work, he smells like a deli sandwich:D He loads his bike onto the back of my car if he needs to ride there, and either Chynna or I pick him up.
My daughter has had a trying yet rewarding weekend of coaching her boys 14s team. Having brothers has its benefits for her in dealing with these young men:) I know she's going to excel in this area in life as I see her techniques, know her temperament, and love for the game, not to mention, imparting her integrity.........
Jordan is also excelling in his work environment, enjoying their Christmas party Friday night with coworkers. I think the saying is true, that you come to California to "find yourself" because you either will find out who you are or lose your soul........
I know we have all found out what we are made of and capable of.......
