Believe to Become

April. This is typically a month of vision. Receive it; Restore it. Re-invent yours. Whatever you need to do to get refocused, now is the time. It may seem as if I talk a bit about times, seasons, and moments, but that's because I live with purpose.........

Timing is everything.

These last few days of March, I've thought of many historical figures, Biblical examples, and countless no names who started off thinking they were going one way in life, only to be led in a totally opposite direction. How do you transition and position for a transformation?

Abraham, the patriarch of a great faith, had to be willing to lay down the very promise he had prayed for, waited so long, and had to fear losing before he could make the most out of his own personal journey. When you stare down these times in life and don't look for an escape route or run for the hills, you know you will find new life........

Tonight I expect we'll see quite a transformation in my youngest son few would expect to see, as he takes part in the Mr. Brandywine show at the high school. His senior year has been quite the ride, but a blur, with so much happening. I don't feel I'm missing out on anything, but trying to keep up.

Our family meeting last night was as I expected, a wake up call from my kids, to me. We sometimes still struggle to handle the reality of where we've been and where we're going, mostly my life, changes, and the ongoing transformation of my life and schedule.

I am on a track of transformation that never ends, whether physically, emotionally, or mentally. I believe in it, even when I am finding my vision through it. I need to accept it, as do others, particularly as I become someone they do not expect me to be.

Believe in what you are meant to become.
