"At first glance, when I see someone "fit", I wonder about the work and determination it takes to get into shape. The time commitment, lifestyle choices, "iron" pumped, and all the intention behind the choice to "get healthy" is amazing to me. While living in Southern California, this lifestyle was evident most everywhere.
