Last year on this day, we were fortunate enough to be traveling back east to our home in Pennsylvania with a SoCal VB teammate and friend Sean smile emoticon Because we've acclimated and adapted pretty well, it's easy to forget we weren't around for all the festivities of the season in the last two years.
It is easy to say the atmosphere and climate of a community or culture doesn't matter much, whether it be the workplace, living space, or relationships, but it does.
If it is "unhealthy" it just is; identifying it as such is another issue; admitting it, yet another step.
Until many began telling me how happy I am in recent weeks, I didn't quite realize how bad things had gotten since last year at this time..........
Whether one person or a group, we all do affect each other. Good or bad. I sometimes wish my perspective could be transferred to a generation, in order to enact action and activity. Trauma, Loss, and Death has caused my soul, mind, and spirit to come alive........
No one should tolerate or be made to feel guilty if you want a better life, a bigger dream, or go after greater goals than you think you can meet. That is what life is all about........ getting it for yourself, in order to give to others.#seasonofhope
After stating early this morning that today would be a great one, the day continued to progress with those expectations smile emoticon The anticipation for 2016 continues to build.........
